Sei Network's gaming ecosystem drove a 24% quarterly surge in transactions, processing 49.5 million gaming-related activities in Q2 2025. The network's DeFi total value locked reached an all-time high of $609.4 million, while stablecoin capitalization hit $276.8 million led by USDC.

Hot Spring dethroned World of Dypians as the top gaming contributor with 130,310 daily transactions - a 134.9% quarterly increase. The gaming boom fueled 36.6% growth in daily active addresses to 426,000, marking the fourth consecutive quarter of expansion.

Sei V2's EVM compatibility launch in May 2024 continues to accelerate DeFi adoption, though the report notes infrastructure demands are growing alongside the network's rapid scaling.
